【双语灵修】平安 Peace

“我留下平安给你们，我将我的平安赐给你们…。你们心里不要忧愁，也不要胆怯。” - 约 14:27

我们全家离开密歇根州搬到加州的那一天将永远铭刻在我的记忆中。我们向朋友和一个深爱的社区告别，离开时眼里含着泪水。过渡是困难的。它给我们留下不安的感觉和对未来道路的不确定。它给我们留下了不安的心或任何印象，但绝不是平安。

当耶稣为祂的离开预备门徒时，祂应许他们会得到圣灵，并且祂有一天会回来。祂已经为接下来的事情为他们做好了准备。但我想，祂知道这种过渡对他们来说仍然是非常困难的。祂知道他们会对未来的事情有很多惧怕。所以祂给了他们这个平安的信息——说祂会将平安赐给他们。

过渡期只是在我们的生活中可能带来惧怕的一件事。对未来的惧怕和对未知的惧怕可能是非常强烈的。但是我们所有的惧怕都可以被主的平安所克服，祂每天都赐下平安给我们。

当你的生活充满了很多变化和未知时，请转向耶稣所应许的平安。祂所赐的平安可以带我们渡过困难和惧怕的时期。

祷告

赐给我们平安的神，求使我们的心从未知的困扰和惧怕中转离。每一天都赐给我们你的平安。阿们。

约翰福音 14:23-31

23耶稣回答说：“人若爱我，就必遵守我的道，我父也必爱他，并且我们要到他那里去，与他同住。
24不爱我的人就不遵守我的道；你们所听见的道不是我的，乃是差我来之父的道。
25“我还与你们同住的时候，已将这些话对你们说了。
26但保惠师，就是父因我的名所要差来的圣灵，他要将一切的事指教你们，并且要叫你们想起我对你们所说的一切话。
27我留下平安给你们，我将我的平安赐给你们。我所赐的不像世人所赐的，你们心里不要忧愁，也不要胆怯。
28你们听见我对你们说了，我去，还要到你们这里来。你们若爱我，因我到父那里去，就必喜乐，因为父是比我大的。
29现在事情还没有成就，我预先告诉你们，叫你们到事情成就的时候，就可以信。
30以后我不再和你们多说话，因为这世界的王将到；他在我里面是毫无所有，
31但要叫世人知道我爱父，并且父怎样吩咐我，我就怎样行。起来，我们走吧！”

Peace

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. . . . Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." - John 14:27

The day our family left Michigan to move to California will be forever etched in my memory. As we said goodbye to friends and a dearly loved community, we left with tears in our eyes. Transitions can be difficult. They leave us with unsettled feelings and uncertainty about the road ahead. They leave us with troubled hearts and almost anything but peace.

As Jesus prepared his disciples for his departure, he promised that they would receive the Holy Spirit and that he would come back one day. He had prepared them well for what was next. But I think he knew that this transition would still be very difficult for them. He knew they would have a lot of fear about what the future had in store. So he gave them this message of peace—saying that he would give them his peace.

Transitions are just one thing that can bring about fear in our lives. Fear of what lies ahead and fear of the unknown can be very strong. But all our fears can be overcome by the Lord’s peace, which he gives us each day.

When your life is filled with lots of changes and unknowns, turn to the peace that Jesus has promised. The peace that he has given can bring us through times of trouble and fear.

Prayer

God of peace who gives us peace, turn our hearts from trouble and fear in the midst of the unknown. Grant us your peace every day. Amen.
