【双语灵修】幸福：我们是神所造的Happiness In Being Created By God

“我们原是他的工作，在基督耶稣里造成的，为要叫我们行善，就是神所预备叫我们行的。” - 弗 2:10

我们为何存在？我们生活在此时此地的意义是什么？也许以前你问过或听过这些问题。这些哲学问题让一些最聪明的人忙得不可开交。可是你有答案吗？

圣经教导我们，我们是神所造的，是照着祂的形像造的。“我们是神的工作”，他差遣耶稣来救赎我们，更新我们，使我们和祂同享永生。神更新我们，使我们能行善，这就是我们生命的意义。有了神在基督里为我们预备的新生命，我们就能寻求神的旨意而行善，将认识神的道路显明给他人。

我们发现真正的幸福是：神造了我们，并且有着非凡的意义。我们不是一块木头，漫无目的地漂浮在生命的海洋中；我们也不是一片被风吹走的落叶，人生有着真正意义上的标杆。神创造了我们，让我们与祂同享整全的生命，并以祂的爱之光照耀他人。神是我们生命的源头和命运。

永生的意义就是藉着圣灵赐下生命的工作来认识神和祂的儿子耶稣基督。这就是我们最大、最圆满的幸福。

生命的起源是什么，我们在此做什么，你将如何帮助别人回答这些问题？

祷告

天父，我们的生命只有与你同行才有意义。主啊，引导我们为荣耀你的名而活。在基督里，靠你的圣灵祈求，阿们。

以弗所书 2:1-10

1你们死在过犯罪恶之中，他叫你们活过来。
2那时你们在其中行事为人，随从今世的风俗，顺服空中掌权者的首领，就是现今在悖逆之子心中运行的邪灵。
3我们从前也都在他们中间，放纵肉体的私欲，随着肉体和心中所喜好的去行，本为可怒之子，和别人一样。
4然而，神既有丰富的怜悯，因他爱我们的大爱，
5当我们死在过犯中的时候，便叫我们与基督一同活过来。你们得救是本乎恩。
6他又叫我们与基督耶稣一同复活，一同坐在天上，
7要将他极丰富的恩典，就是他在基督耶稣里向我们所施的恩慈，显明给后来的世代看。
8你们得救是本乎恩，也因着信。这并不是出于自己，乃是神所赐的；
9也不是出于行为，免得有人自夸。
10我们原是他的工作，在基督耶稣里造成的，为要叫我们行善，就是神所预备叫我们行的。

Happiness In Being Created By God

"We are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." - Ephesians 2:10

Why are we here? What is our purpose for living here and now? Maybe you have asked or heard these questions before. These are philosophical questions that have kept some of the brightest people busy. Do you have an answer?

The Bible teaches that we are created by God and made in his image. "We are God's handiwork," and he sent Jesus to redeem and renew us so that we can have eternal life with him. God renews us so that we can do good, and this is our purpose in life. With the new life that God makes possible for us in Christ, we seek to live God's way and to do good so that we can show others the way to know God.

We find true happiness in being created by God for an extraordinary purpose. We are not a piece of wood floating aimlessly through the ocean of life. We are not like a loose leaf carried by the wind. Life has a truly meaningful purpose. We are created by God to have full life with God and to shine the light of his love to others. God is the source and the destiny of our life.

The very meaning of eternal life is to know God and his Son, Jesus Christ, through the life-giving work of his Holy Spirit. There lies our greatest and most complete happiness.

What is the origin of life? What are we doing here? How will you help someone answer these questions?

Prayer

Father God, our life only makes sense with you. Lord, guide us to live each day for the glory of your name. In Christ and by your Holy Spirit, Amen.
