悲伤是许多人的生活日常。这个世界充满了苦难和艰辛，很难有平静和幸福。因此，人们会对生活中的逆境和挣扎感到痛苦，许多人会因为自己的艰难和悲伤而责怪神。

然而，使徒保罗所分享的信息与众不同。虽然他在监牢里，经历了许多苦难，但他知道他可以在造他的主和救主里面得着喜乐。他写信给腓立比人说，你们要靠主常常喜乐。我再说，你们要喜乐。

在主里的喜乐不是一种微不足道或稍纵即逝的情感。相反，它源自最深的平安，因为你知道你的命运在神手中极为稳妥。因此，即使在巨大的苦难和痛苦中，一个人也能在主里有深刻而持久的喜乐。

生活不是游乐园。我们会面临挣扎，走过死荫的幽谷。但幸福绝不是肤浅的、稍纵即逝的情感。我们的喜乐也不取决于我们所处的环境。

正如保罗所说，我们的喜乐在于主。换句话说，耶稣是我们喜乐的源头。祂是我们幸福的源泉。我们的幸福不仅在于没有坏事发生或有好事发生。我们的幸福是在耶稣里面，知道祂爱我们，顾念我们，永远与我们同在！

祷告

主啊，神啊，请帮助我靠你常常喜乐，牢记我在你里面可以毫无挂虑。奉你的名祷告，阿们。

腓立比书 4:1-7

1我所亲爱所想念的弟兄们，你们就是我的喜乐，我的冠冕。我亲爱的弟兄，你们应当靠主站立得稳。
2我劝尤阿迪娅和循都基要在主里同心。
3我也求你这真实同负一轭的，帮助这两个女人；因为她们在福音上曾与我一同劳苦，还有革利免并其余和我一同做工的，他们的名字都在生命册上。
4你们要靠主常常喜乐，我再说，你们要喜乐！
5当叫众人知道你们谦让的心。主已经近了。
6应当一无挂虑，只要凡事藉着祷告、祈求和感谢，将你们所要的告诉神。
7神所赐出人意外的平安，必在基督耶稣里保守你们的心怀意念。

Happiness In The Lord

"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!" - Philippians 4:4

Sadness is the daily portion of many people. The world is full of suffering and hardship, and it can be difficult to find peace and happiness. As a result, people can become bitter about the adversity and struggles in their lives, and many blame God for their hardship and sorrow.

The apostle Paul, however, had a different message to share. Though he was in prison and had gone through many hardships, he knew he could find joy in the Lord, his Creator and Savior. He wrote to the Philippians: "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!"

Joy in the Lord is not a trivial or fleeting emotion. Instead it results from the deepest possible peace of knowing that your destiny is secure in God's hands. As a result, a person can have deep and lasting joy in the Lord even in the midst of great suffering and pain.

Life is not an amusement park. We face struggles and cross dark valleys. But our happiness is not a superficial, fleeting emotion. Our joy does not depend on the circumstances in which we find ourselves.

As Paul puts it, our joy is in the Lord. In other words, Jesus is the source of our joy. He is the content of our happiness. Our happiness is not just in the absence of bad things or in the presence of good things. Our happiness is in Jesus, knowing that he loves and cares for us and is with us always—forever!

Prayer

Lord and God, help me to have joy in you, knowing that I am secure in you always. In your saving name, Amen.
