马太福音 25:14-30

“天国又好比一个人要往外国去，就叫了仆人来，把他的家业交给他们，按着各人的才干给他们银子，一个给了五千，一个给了二千，一个给了一千，就往外国去了。那领五千的随即拿去做买卖，另外赚了五千。那领二千的也照样另赚了二千。但那领一千的去掘开地，把主人的银子埋藏了。过了许久，那些仆人的主人来了，和他们算帐。那领五千银子的又带着那另外的五千来，说：‘主啊，你交给我五千银子，请看，我又赚了五千。’主人说：‘好，你这又良善又忠心的仆人，你在不多的事上有忠心，我要把许多事派你管理。可以进来享受你主人的快乐！’那领二千的也来，说：‘主啊，你交给我二千银子，请看，我又赚了二千。’主人说：‘好，你这又良善又忠心的仆人，你在不多的事上有忠心，我要把许多事派你管理。可以进来享受你主人的快乐！’那领一

千的也来，说：‘主啊，我知道你是忍心的人，没有种的地方要收割，没有散的地方要聚敛。我就害怕，去把你的一千银子埋藏在地里。请看，你的原银子在这里。’主人回答说：‘你这又恶又懒的仆人！你既知道我没有种的地方要收割，没有散的地方要聚敛，就当把我的银子放给兑换银钱的人，到我来的时候，可以连本带利收回。夺过他这一千来，给那有一万的！因为凡有的，还要加给他，叫他有余；没有的，连他所有的也要夺过来。把这无用的仆人丢在外面黑暗里，在那里必要哀哭切齿了。’

我是一个管家

“‘天国又好比一个人要往外国去，就叫了仆人来，把他的家业交给他们。’” - 太 25:14

管家是一个替别人管理和经营财产或物品的人。管家并非物主，他只负责替物主管理交托给他的一切。

《圣经》记载了很多关于管家位分的例子。当神把亚当和夏娃安置在伊甸园时，衪委派他们去管理这个园子（创世记 2:15）。从起初开始，人类便被神委派去管理衪的创造，祂所赐的福和祂赋与他们的生命了。

在今天的经文关于耶稣的比喻中，主人在去往外国之前，把银子交托给三个仆人。他期望仆人能以多生产、创新和进取的方式去运用他托付给他们的。主人特别吩咐他们，要把他的资源投资在有价值的企业上，目的是要升值和增长。其中两个仆人欣然负起这个委托，但另一个却没有。明显地，主人称赞那两个忠心的仆人。

作为主的管家，我们并不拥有任何东西，我们有的都是我们慈爱的天父交托给我们的。然而，在我们的生活和行动中，我们都蒙召去培育和看顾神赐给我们的东西，并且为衪的荣耀善用它们。这样，有一天我们也能听到主人说：“好！你这又良善又忠心的仆人。”

祷告

主啊，惟愿我们能以你赐给我们的时间、才干和财富来尊崇你。求你带领我们，成为你所有资源的忠心管家。奉耶稣的名祈求，阿们。

I AM A STEWARD

“It will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his wealth to them.” — Matthew 25:14

A steward is someone who takes care of and manages someone else’s property or belongings. The steward is not the owner but is responsible to the owner for all that the owner has entrusted to them.

The Bible includes many examples of stewardship. When God placed Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, he charged them with its care (Genesis 2:15). Since the beginning, humans have been entrusted by God to steward his creation, his blessings, and the very lives he gives them.

In Jesus’ parable in our Bible reading today, three servants received bags of gold from their master before he left on a journey. They were expected to be productive, innovative, and enterprising with what they had been given. Specifically, they were to invest their master’s resources in worthwhile ventures, aiming for growth and multiplication. While two servants faithfully embraced this responsibility, one did not. The master’s approval clearly fell upon the two who were faithful.

As the Lord’s stewards, we don’t possess anything on our own. All we have is entrusted to us by our gracious heavenly Father. Yet while we live and breathe, we are called to nurture and care for what God has given us, using it for his glory. Then one day we too will hear the Master’s words: “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

Lord, may we honor you with the time, talents, and treasures you have given us. Guide us to be faithful stewards of all your resources. Amen.
